RETURNS:
Our policy is to accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund
of the purchase price. Please note that it can take
PayPal up to 4 business days to process your payment. We do not refund
shipping costs. We cannot accept returns beyond this time. All returned items
must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging. In order to
reduce the likelihood of a return, please feel free to contact us by dropping
us an email at info@ladyascrafts.com
with any questions before ordering. Because of the small dye lots,
we do not provide samples, although additional photos are usually
available. We can work with designers and artists to develop yarn colors
specific to their needs. For special orders we require 50% payment in
advance with a 20% nonrefundable deposit.
SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped via USPS within 2 days of receipt of payment. Special
shipping is available upon request for a fee (once again, please email
for options).
MAILING LIST:
You will be added to our LadyAs-Announcements mailing list
announcing new yarn availability upon ordering. Email addresses
subscribed to this mailing list are never sold nor given to anyone
for any reason; in addition, your email address will never be
encoded or included verbatim into any of our web pages. List
management announcements may be posted to this mailing list
as well as new yarn announcements and sales. If you do not wish
to receive occasional emails from Lady A's, please send an email to ladyas-announce-unsubscribe@ladyascrafts.com
asking to be removed. The LadyAs-Announcements mailing list is
not used for chatting or discussion, but only for store announcements.
